PtUpdate()

Decrement the global hold count

Synopsis:

int PtUpdate( void );

Description:

This function decrements the global hold count. If this hold count goes to 0, all widget damage is repaired and the widget visibility flags (Pt_OBSCURED and Pt_CLEAR) are updated.

Returns:

The current hold count, or -1 if an error occurred.
