Description
The adoption of Adobe Flash technology in embedded devices is one of the most exciting developments of the past few years. Engineers, developers and user interface designers for markets like automotive and industrial automation want to leverage Adobe applications to create attractive and engaging HMIs, like digital instrument clusters or automation control panels. To use Adobe Flash successfully, however, the embedded developer must address several issues.

For example, how do you make an Adobe Flash-based GUI perform quickly and consistently under all load conditions? How do you keep it reliable? How do you integrate HMI and other realtime components?

This seminar explores Adobe Flash advantages and challenges and how you can achieve a hardening of your HMI with best practices for your flash and ActionScript code and judicious application of QNX provided technologies such as:

Estimated length: 1 hour, including Q & A.

Who should attend: : This one-hour seminar with a short Q&A will be of great interest to embedded software development managers, architects, and developers
